Terms of Service

Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

Tour Changes: We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances.

Group Size: Tours are private and limited to 1–7 people for a more personalized experience.

Payment: Payments must be made in full prior to the tour date.

48 Hours or More: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour will receive a full refund.

Less Than 48 Hours: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

No-Shows: Guests who fail to attend the tour without prior notice will not receive a refund.

We understand that plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible for any changes or cancellations.

Refunds will be processed for cancellations made following our cancellation policy.

Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals, no-shows, or partial use of services.

Refunds may take 3–7 business days to process, depending on your payment method.
